The Company was Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 on 2nd June, 1992 under the name and style of V R Mathur Mass Communications Limited. Subsequently the name of the company was chnaged to Gradiente Infotainment Limited and a certfficate on change of name and objects was obtained from office of Registrar of Companies on 09-01-2003.

2015
-Gradiente Infotainment Ltd an Media Entertainment Company will establish a 100% subsidiary at Dubai in Dubai World Central Free zone to cater to its International Clientele in Middle East & North Africa.

2016
-Gradiente Infotainment has Gradiente Tube launched on August 29, 2016

2022
-The Company has commenced post production work for their web-series, 'Production No.1'. Season 1 & Season 2 and soon to be launched own OTT Platform namely 'Gradiente Tube'.
