Gowra Leasing and Finance Ltd was incorporated in Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh on 9th Feb., 1993 and obtained certificate of commencement of Business on 23rd March, 1993 to undertake the Business of Hire Purchase, Leasing, Investments, Securities Trading, Bill Discounting etc,.

The Company proposes to expand its activities into the fields of Corporate Loans, Underwriting, Loan Syndication, Project Financing, Merchant Banking, Finance against shares etc,.

The Company has made an application on 24th October, 1994 to SEBI for registration as Category I Merchant Bankers to undertake the activities of Merchant Banking. The application is under consideration.

-Gowra Leasing & Finance Ltd has recommended of Dividend @ 10%.

2014
-Gowra Leasing & Finance Recommended dividend of @ 10% on equity share.

2015
-Gowra Leasing & Finance Ltd has recommended dividend of Rs. 1.00 (10%) per equity shares of Rs.10/- face value.
