The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name & style of Shubh Paper Moulding Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himalchal Pradesh, and Chandigarh at Jallandhar vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 5th December, 1990. Â Later on the Company changed its object clause and name to Shubh International Limited on 24th January, 1996 and obtained fresh certificate of commencement of Business from the Registrar of Companies.
