Gamma Rays Transmissions Ltd. was Incorporated on June 2, 1989 under the Companies Act, 1956 as a Public Limited Company as "Gamma Rays Transmissions Ltd.". The name of the Company was subsequently changed on October 24, 1989 to its present name.

The immediate object of the Company is to set up a project to manufacture Telecom and Office Automation Products, namely, 'Computerised Cash & Inventory Recording System' viz. "COMCASH", Portable Computers, Fax Machines, Digital Answering Machines, Push-buttom Telephone and Cordless Telephones.

The Company has entered into Transfer-of-Technology (ToT) agreements and Technical Documentation (TD) agreements with three collaborators namely, M/s. Dynasty Group Asia Limited having its offices in Japan and Hong Kong, M/s. Pilot Computers Limited, Hong Kong and M/s. Kingstar Technology Limited Hong Kong.

M/s. Dynasty Group Asia Limited (Japan & Hong Kong), an associate of M/s. T & C Industries (HK Limited which is a privately owned international trading and manufacturing Company. The Company has its associates in China, HongKong, Japan, Taiwan, Germany, Switzerland and Canada. The Group is involved in manufacturing and global trading with offices and factories located wordwide. It manufactures and deals in products which include all kinds of electrical appliances, cellular telephones, telecom products, accessories and critical components.

M/s. Pilot Computers Limited is based in Hong Kong with an overseas office in New York (USA) and a branch office and manufacturing plant located at Shenzhan (China).

It has designed and developed 'Computerised Cash & Inventory Recording System' viz, "COMCASH". It is a integration of personal computer, an electronic cash register, and an electronic payment terminal.

M/s. Kingstar Technology Limited (Hong Kong) was incorporated in 1988 in Hong Kong. It is one of the main manufacturers of telecommunication products at its factory in Cun Baoan Xian (China), having five production lines and employing a workforce of over 700 people.

The company does not have any subsidiaries.
