First Financial Services Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

First Financial Services Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 17th October, 1984 and was converted into a Public Limited on December, 1992. It made a modest beginning in the Financial Services and liasoning with Credit Institutions and arranging bill discounting for its clients and operating in the share market. It gradually expanded with increase in its volume and entered into other areas like Hire Purchase/Lease Syndications and Clean bill Discounting including Finance from Company's own funds.

The Company has been promoted by Mr. Natarajan who is a Chartered Accountant and an all India rank holder. He began his career with Tubes Investments India Limited, as Corporate Financial Accountant and latter held the position as Deputy Manager-Finance in IDL Chemicals Limited. After a short span of practice on his own, he promoted First Financial Services as a private limited company in 1984. He is having six years of Industrial experience in areas of Finance in the above companies. He is incharge of the overall operations of the Company and has, over the period of eight years of experience in the areas of Financial Services, been successful in identifying growth areas in Financial Services.

Promoters have not promoted any other ventures than this Company. There are no litigation or dispute against the promoters. The promoters have neither defaulted nor has any overdues to the Financial Institutions or Banks. No proceedings for economic offences have been taken up against the Promoters.

None of the Promoters/Directors are in any way involved in the recent securities scam.

1999

-`Instant success' on NSE.

2009

-The Company has changed its Registered Office as follows:First financial services ltd Old no 20/ new no 26,
Ramakrishna st,Off north usman road,T nagar, Chennai - 600 017.

2011

-The Company have appointed M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited having office at E/2,, Ansa Industrial Estate, Saki-Vihar Road, Sakinaka, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400072 as Company's Registrar and Transfer Agents for the Company.

2013

-Board has recommended a dividend @ 2% i.e. Re. 0.20 per Equity Share.
-First Financial Services has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 1/-

2014

-The corporate office of the Company has been shifted from 1513 & 1514 Maker Chambers V, 221 Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021 to C-2301, Palm Beach Residency, Palm Beach Road Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

-The corporate office of the Company was shifted from 1513 & 1514 Maker Chambers V, 221 Nariman Point, Mumbai -400021, to A-109, First Floor, Sanpada Railway Station Complex, Nodal Side, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai - 400705.
