Note-24 - Additional Reg u la to ry Informations

(i) The company do not hold any immovable property during the year.

(ii) Company has not revalued its property/intangible assets.

No loans or advances are given to any promotor, directors, KMP and related parly which ^ J is repayable on demand or without specifying any term or period of repayment.

(rv) There is no Capital Work-in-Progress. Disclosure regarding the CWIP is not applicable.

. There is no Intangible Assets under Developments. Disclosure regarding the same is not applicable.

(vi) No Benami Property is held by Company.

The Company has no borrowing from bank or financial institution. There is no any submission regarding the same is applicable.

10. During the Financial year the provision of Section 135 related to the Corporate Social Responsibility of the Companies Act, 2013 is not applicable on the company.

The Company is registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a NBFC within the provisions of the NBFC (Reserve Bank of India) Directions, 1998.

12. In the opinion of the management of the company the aggregate value of current assets, loans & advances if realized in the ordinary course of the business shall not be less than the amount at which these are stated in the Balance Sheet and the provision for all known liabilities are adequate.

14. Segmental Reporting

Indian Accounting Standard -108 ''Operating Segments'', the company has one segment only therefore the segment reporting is not applicable to the company.

15. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

The Company has not received any information from its suppliers regarding their status under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act 2006, which came into effect from 2nd October, 2006 and hence disclosure, if any, relating to amounts unpaid as on 31st March, 2024 together with interest paid or payable as required under the Act, have not been given.

1. Cash and Cash Equivalents

In the cash fow statement, cash and cash equivalents includes cash and cash cheques in hand, demand deposits with banks, other short-term highly liquid investments with original maturities of three months or less.

2. Significant and material Orders passed by the Regulators or Courts

SEBI vide Order No. WTM/RKA/ ISD/ 162 /2014 dated 19th December 2014 and re-confirmation Order No. WTM/RKA/ISD/31/2015 dated 20th April 2015 in the matter of dealing in the Shares of First Financial Services Limited where in the Company has been debarred from accessing Capital Market

For the time being. Further, there are no other significant and material orders passed by the Regulators/ Courts that would impact the going concern status of the Company and its future operations.

3. Previous Year figures have been regrouped / classified wherever necessary.

B Terms/rights attached to equity shares

The company has only one class of equity shares having a par value of Rs. 10 per share. Each holder of equity shares is entitled to one vote per share. In the event of liquidation of the company, the holders of equity share will be entitled to receive remaining assets of the company, after distribution of all preferential amounts. The distribution will be in proportion to the number of equity shares held by the shareholders.

Basic and diluted earnings per shares is computed by dividing the net Profit attributable to equity share holders for the year, by the weighted average number of equity shares outstanding during the year. For the purpose of calculating diluted earnings per share, the net Profit or loss for the year attributable to equity share holders and the weighted average number of shares outstanding during the year are adjusted for the effects of all dilutive potential equity shares.

Till the year ended 31st March 2011, the company was using pre-revised Schedule VI to the Companies Act 1956, forpreparation and presentation of its financial statements. During the year ended 31st March 2012,. The revised Schedule Vlnotified under the Companies Act 1956, has become applicable to the company. The company has reclassified previous yearfiguresto conform to this year's classification. The adption of revised Schedule VI does not impact recognition and measurement principles followed for preparation of financial statements, particularly presentation of balance sheet.
