The Company was incorporated on 11/10/1994 in the name and style of L.D. Lakhani
Securities Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Name of the
Company was changed to Kutchh Gujarat Securities Limited and a fresh Certificate
of Incorporation was obtained on 16/05/1995. Further the name of the Company was
changed to DEVHARI EXPORT (INDIA) LIMITED and a fresh Certificate of
Incorporation was obtained on 13/11/1999.

Main Objects:


Main objects to be pursued by the company on its
incorporation is:




  • To carry on the business as share and brokers, sub-brokers, act as brokers
    for consultants, underwriter, sub underwriter, brokers to the issue, merchant
    bankers, market makers, portfolio managers, investment counselors, fixed deposit
    brokers, financial consultants, financial and discount brokers consultants to
    the issue, adviser to the issue, and registrars to the issue and share transfer
    agent.


  • To acquire and secure membership seat or privilege either in firm or the
    company or its nominee or nominees in and any associations, managers market,
    club or other institution in India or any part of the world for clearance of any
    business trade and industry.

Subsequently the main object of the company has been
change, which is as follow




  • To carry on the business as share and brokers, sub-brokers, act as brokers,
    underwriters, brokers to the issue, merchant bankers, market makers, portfolio
    anagers, fixed deposit brokers, and registrars to the issue and share transfer
    agent.


  • To engage in the business of export as well as buying, selling, trading or
    otherwise dealing in all kinds of agriculture commodities and metal and its
    allied products.


    At present :


    Presently the company is engaged in the business of the
    trading of steel.
