-Crew BOS Products Ltd has informed that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on January 18, 2007, with Leather Crafts India Pvt Ltd, Chennai, for the purpose of setting up a Joint Venture Company in the name of Crew MAG Exports Pvt Ltd to manufacture and export footwear and related products.

- Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has appointed Mrs. Garima Jain as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01-04-2009 in place of Sanjeev Sehgal, Chief Financial Officer from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
