Chartered Capital & Investment Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on 21st March, 1986 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 as Vishal Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., the name was changed to Chartered Capital and Investment Pvt. Ltd. in terms of Special Resolution passed on 11th May 1992 which was approved by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on 22nd May 1992. The Company was converted into Public Limited Company vide Resolution dated
15th October 1994 and Certificate of change of name dated 16th November 1994 was obtained from Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad.

2005

- The Company has acquired 15% stake as strategic investor in SAP Infotech P Ltd, who have launched Accounting and Financial BPO in the name of "MUNIMJEE".
