The company obtained Certificate of commencement of Business on January 02, 1985. The company as present has its Registered office at 55B, Rama Road Indl. Area, New delhi-110015.

Chamak Holdings Limited is a Listed Company listed with Delhi Stock Exchange and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and being Professionally managed by team of professionals with proven track record and promoted by leading industrial house of India. The Promoters are having their own state Âof-the-art manufacturing units in different states and the same expertise would be used for Chamak also.Â

The company is taken over by Mr. Subhash Chander Kathuria and Mr. Anubhav Kathuria in 2010 by way of open offer process as per the SEBI Takeover code.
