The company was incorporated on 26th March 1992 as public limited company and obtained certificate of the commencement of business on April 10, 1992. The main object of the company is to carry on manufacturing of all classes and kinds of lubrication systems, pumps, their sub assemblies and accessories, to cater to the requirements of machine tools, heavy engineering machines and plants such as sugar, iron and steel, cement, paper as well as Heavy Duty Vehicle and Railways.

The company was engaged in the manufacture of centralised lubrication systems and was in existence since 1977. It has been catering to the machine tool industry.

The company has been promoted by V K Mittal, Madhu Mittal and Amrod Agrawal.
