The Company incorporated on the 04th day of February, 2010 as Bil Energy Systems Limited. The HonÂble High Court of Judicature at Bombay vide its order dated September 24, 2010 has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Bilpower Limited and Bil Energy Systems Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors for De-Merger of Manufacturing Unit at Wada of Bilpower Limited into Bil Energy Systems Limited.

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1.

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
