Bhalchandram Clothing Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name and style 'Bhalchandram Clothing Private Limited' and subsequently was converted into a Public Limited Company by an application as approved by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai by issuance of a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 11rh December, 2014 thereby converting the name to 'Bhalchandram Clothing Limited.'

The Company has been engaged in the business of exporting high quality of yarns, cotton, fabrics and all  other textile products from leading spinning mills across the nation and is being managed by highly qualified and experienced management professionals.
