Bala Techno Global Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The company was originally incorporated as Sifco Lease Finance Limited on 1st November, 1988 and obtained certificate of commencement of business on 15th November, 1988. The name of the company was subsequently changed to BALA TECHNO FINANCE LIMITED on taking over by the present Management and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was obtained on 25th February, 1993.

The company is presently engaged in fund based activities such as Leasing, Bills Discounting, Short Term Finance and Investments in Securities.

The Company was incorporated in 1988 as Sifco Lease Finance Limited by Mr. Rally Dalmia and his associates. The same has been taken over by Mr. C.P.Mehra, Mr.Ashok Mehra and their associates in February 93 and subsequently the name of the Company has been changed to Bala Techno Finance Limited on 25/02/93.
