The Company was incorporated on April 22, 2015 as ‘Baba Food Processing (India) Private Limited’, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jharkhand at Ranchi. Subsequently, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Shareholders in an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 27, 2023, the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporated dated July 20, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jharkhand at Ranchi. Consequent to the conversion of the Company, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Baba Food Processing (India) Limited’. The corporate identification number of the Company is U15311JH2015PLC002849.
