YEAR EVENTS
1972 - The Company was incorporated on 15th April, 1972 and the
certificate of commencement of business was obtained on 8th June,
1972. The Main objects of the Company is marketing and
distribution of pharmaceutical products, Indian made foreign
Liquors, insecticides, pesticides, packaging materials and sugar
and also manufacture of generic pharmaceutical products.

- The Company was set up originally with the object of marketing
and distribution and to develop markets and promote goods of
various manufacturers.

- The Company was selling pharmaceutical products with the help of
medical representatives. Subsequently, the Company also
undertook selling up Indian made foreign liquors of Nirayu Pvt.
Ltd., insecticides and pesticides manufactured and marketed by
Paushak Ltd. It also took up the manufacture of generic
pharmaceutical products and manufacturing unit complete with
quality assurance and analytic unit at Mumbai.

1983 - Some of the existing shareholders offered for sale to the public
at par 8,851 No. of equity shares of the Company during November.

1990 - The Company ceased to distribute the products of Alembic Chemical
Works Ltd., except in South Gujarat and started acting as a
"Marketing Services Agent" for Alembic. It also ceased to act as
selling agents of Neomer division of Alembic from 1st April 1991.

1992 - The Company started Loan Licence work for other manufacturers to
maintain economic viability of manufacturing activity. It also
started operating under principal to principal basis for products
of Paushak Ltd. in Maharashtra and M.P.

1995 - The generic manufacturing unit at Mahim was closed down as
operations of the Unit had become unviable.

2013
-The Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 28, Shobhana Nagar, Vasna Road, Vadodara - 390015, to Unit No. 611, Skylon Co-operative Housing Society, GIDC, Char Rasta, Vapi - 396195.
-The Company has changed its name from Paraan Ltd. to Asis Logistics Ltd.

2015
-Asis Logistics has splits its face values of share from Rs. 100 to Rs. 1

2022
-ASIS (ESP) Pty Lty recognised with multiple industry awards in 2022.
