The Company belongs too the SIRHIND Group which is engaged in the business of rolled steel products. The Company was incorporated in the State of Gujarat on the 4th day of March, 1994 and obtained a Certificate of Commencement of Business on the 5th day of July, 1994.

The Company commenced operations in the financial year 1994-95. Presently the Company is engaged in the activities of investment, trading in shares and money lending. The Company has advanced intercorporate loans and has also invested in shares. The fund flow statements of the Company for the year ended 31/3/95 and for the period 1/4/95 to 30/9/95 is as under:-

-Company has changed its name from Sirhind Enterprises Ltd. to Aroma Enterprises (India) Ltd.

-The Registered office of the Company has been changed to "88, Ajanta Commercial Center, Nr. Income Tax Circle, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad - 380009".
