Arman Holdings Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 25/10/1982 under Companies Act
2013 in Delhi. Further, the company obtained certificate of commencement of business on 25/10/1982.

In the year 1982, the company came with an IPO of 248300 equity shares at Rs.10/- each. Out of 2,48,300
equity shares, 98300 equity share were allotted to promoters and rest 150000 equity shares were allotted to
public. On 6/1/2014, 49,61,500 equity shares were allotted on preferential basis to promoters and nonpromoters
entities at Rs.13/- each.


2014
- The equity shares of Arman Holdings Ltd (Scrip Code: 538556) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of T Group Securities.

2015
- The new registered office of the Company is 419, Rajhans Heights, Mini Bazar, Varachha Road, Surat - 395006.
