YEAR EVENTS
1994 - Arihants Securities Limited was incorporated on 13th June, as a
private limited company and was subsequently converted into a
public limited company by passing a special resolution on 12th
December, 1994. Arihants Securities Limited was promoted by Mr.
Ravikant Chowdhry and his associate. The Company deals in the
business of investments, leasing/hire purchase, intercorporate
deposits, bill discounting facilities.

1995 - The Company made inroads into areas of Inter corporate deposits,
share loans, trading in securities, bills discounting and hire
purchase financing.

1996 - 21,50,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each issued, subscribed
and paid up. 28,50,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each were
issued in June 1995 of which 16,00,000 shares reserved and
allotted to promoters, directors etc. Balance 12,50,000 shares
were issued to the public (all were taken up).
