The Company Originally incorporated as Private Limited Company in the name and style of 'BS Holding and Credit Private Ltd.'(BSHCL) with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March9, 1989. Subsequently, the Company was converted into Limited Company in the name & Style of'BS Holding and Credit Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 26, 1996.The name of the company has been changed from BS Holding and Credit Limited to Alliance Integrated Metaliks Limited(AIML) Vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 06, 2004.

2012
