Adarsh Plant Protect Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Adarsh Plant Protect Limited, the Company, was incorporated on 18th June, 1992 as a Public Limited Company and has obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 18th November, 1992. On 20th December, 1993 the Company took over the asset of M/s. Kaival Agro Products, a Partnership Firm, manufacturing and trading in Plant Protection Equipment for the last nine years under the name `KAIVAL' at its factory located at Plot No. 119/D, GIDC, Anand. The products are well accepted in the market.

The Company now proposes to take up expansion of its existing manufacturing facilities at the Plot No. 1703 & 1704 at GIDC Industrial Area, Anand where it propose to install the additional capacity as mentioned below. The details of the existing capacity and the proposed expansion are as under:
