Silver prices in India saw a notable jump on October 4, 2025, rising by Rs 3,000 per kilogram on Saturday from the previous day. For buyers, this means the price went up from Rs 1,52,000 per kg on October 3 to Rs 1,55,000 per kg today. On a smaller scale, the rate for 10 grams also increased from Rs 1,520 to Rs 1,550, making silver purchases slightly more expensive for retail buyers and investors on Saturday.

On Saturday, silver prices in India witnessed a significant increase across all weight categories, signaling a strong upward trend in the market. The price of silver per gram rose from Rs 152 to Rs 155, reflecting a gain of Rs 3 compared to the previous day. For those purchasing in slightly larger amounts, the 8-gram price increased from Rs 1,216 to Rs 1,240, marking a Rs 24 rise.

The 10-gram rate, commonly used for small investments and jewellery, went up from Rs 1,520 to Rs 1,550, showing an increase of Rs 30 on October 4, 2025. Similarly, the 100 gram of the white metal price moved from Rs 15,200 to Rs 15,500, a jump of Rs 300 in a day.

At the bulk level, the 1 kilogram silver price surged from Rs 1,52,000 to Rs 1,55,000, recording a substantial Rs 3,000 hike in a single day on Saturday.
