4 Stocks Under Rs 200 With Dividend Yields Of More Than 6%
At the very outset please be informed that the article provides information and is not a recommendation to invest, though the reader can do his own analysis and decide. Markets have been subdued over the last few weeks, as investors continue to remain worried over IT numbers that have begun pouring in. It is likely that the markets would move in a tight range going ahead. Here are 4 stocks that offer good dividend yields and are priced under Rs 200.
CESC
The company is offering a good dividend yield of 6.55%. What is most important is that the stock could continue to maintain those dividends given that it has a very stable business. The shares of CESC are currently trading at Rs 68.55. For the year ending March 2022 the company's board declared a dividend of Rs 4.5 per share. The company is the only player in supplying power to the city of Kolkata.
REC
The stock of REC trades at Rs 122.80, and gives a dividend yield of 12%. But, this 12% dividend yields was before bonus issue of shares. This means the company is unlikely to maintain the same dividends as the equity has now increased because of the bonus issue of shares. This means that the yield could drop. While it is hard to predict what the dividend yields could be going forward, our takes is that it could be in the range of 8% or thereabout, which should make it fairly competitive with bank interest rates.

Power Finance Corporation
This is a leading player in the power finance business. The stock gives a dividend yield of nearly 7.43% based on the last year's dividends. We do not foresee the possibility of dividends of the company being reduced. This means the stock remains attractive and the business model is also robust and steady for expecting good dividends going forward.
Other stocks that offer good dividends
The other stocks that offer good dividends include names like Oracle Financial Services and Power Grid Corporation and Sanofi India. However, these stocks are not priced under Rs 200.
