The Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 19th July, 2025 to Friday 25th July, 2025 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of AGM and Dividend. The Dividend, if declared, will be payable on or after Friday, 25th July, 2025 to those Shareholders whose names are registered as such in the Register of Members of the Company as on Friday 18th July, 2025 and to the beneficiary holders as per the beneficiary list as on Friday 18th July, 2025 provided by the NSDL and CDSL, subject to deduction of tax at source where applicable," said Dollar Industries in its annual report for FY25.

"Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, please be informed that the Company has fixed Friday, 18th July, 2025 as the cut-off date for determining entitlement of members to dividend for FY 2024-25. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Saturday, 19th July, 2025 till Friday, 25th July, 2025 (both days inclusive) both for the purpose of 32nd AGM and also for the payment of dividend for FY 2024-25," Dollar Industries informed stock exchanges on 3rd July, 2025.

Immediate resistance lies around the 388-390 zone, while support is seen at 365, followed by a critical level near 345," commented Mandar Bhojane - Equity Research Analyst at Choice Broking.
"The Relative Strength Index is currently showing weak momentum but is attempting to recover from the oversold territory. The price continues to trade below key exponential moving averages, suggesting that the broader trend remains bearish with no strong reversal signals yet. In conclusion, the stock remains under pressure despite short-term bounces. Traders should approach with caution and wait for a decisive breakout above resistance zones for confirmation of any trend reversal, while existing investors may consider staying on the side-lines until more strength emerges," the analyst further added.
