Company Update: Innova Captab | Jammu to double revenue by FY27
“We recently visited Innova Captab’s (INNOVACA) newly commissioned Jammu facility and interacted with the management on Jammu’s growth trajectory, future drivers and outlook. The company’s Jammu facility is spread across 11 acres and has four blocks – three dedicated to Anti-biotics and one general block. With commercialisation of Jammu, the company can now produce Penicillins, Penums, Large volume parenterals and respiratory respules. INNOVACA has increased its cephalosporin capacity. This will enable the company to increase its market share (5-6% now, in our view) in Oral ceph. and incrementally cater to export markets as domestic production shifts from Baddi (EU-GMP certified) to Jammu. The management believe that Jammu can deliver a topline of INR 4-5bn in FY26 and can ramp-up to INR 14-16bn at optimal utilisation. The Jammu facility ramp-up will facilitate a Revenue/EBITDA/PAT CAGR of 34%/39%/41% over FY25-27. With a 20%+ ROIC, moderate working capital needs, strong OCF-to-EBITDA ratio and robust growth profile. We keep our estimates unchanged for the company and value the company at 25x Mar’27 EPS to derive a TP of INR 1,120,” said Amey Chalke of JM Financial Institutional Securities.

Nifty Outlook Today By Anand James, Chief Market Strategist, Geojit Investments Limited
The second objective of 23807 is within touching distance now. While we expect some turbulence, expect the momentum to persist after initial consolidation, and aim for 24150-200, unless dips extend beyond 23480. We will eye the 23600 region as the downside marker for the day.

Market Outlook Today By Dr. VK Vijayakumar, Chief Investment Strategist, Geojit Investments Limited
The 5.6% rally in the Nifty from the recent lows has been driven by a combination of factors like FIIs turning buyers (Rs 13765 crores in the last three days), the consequent short-covering and improving macros of the Indian economy. The surge in mid and smallcaps has brought the retail investors aggressively back into the market. Even though the market momentum favours the bulls there is no fundamental support to take the market much higher from the present levels, particularly when President Trump’s Damocles sword of reciprocal tariff is hanging over the head of markets.
IT has been underperforming on fears on US growth slowdown impacting the Indian IT industry. The risk-reward in IT stocks is now favourable for buyers. Trump’s latest message that he will be “flexible” on tariffs and will “give breaks to many countries” has aroused hopes on some softer treatment to India. But we will have to wait till April 2nd.

Sector Update: India Internet | QC: Exploring Instamart’s lower tier cities focus
“Swiggy, in a recent filing with the exchanges, mentioned that Instamart, its quick commerce (QC) business, was now operational in 100 cities across the country. The company also highlighted that demand for QC deliveries is improving in tier 2 and 3 cities. Our primary checks suggest Zomato-owned Blinkit, Zepto and Bigbasket-owned BB Now too are expanding their presence in lower tier cities, with operations live in ~90/~70/~60 cities, respectively. We believe the lower tier city focus of Swiggy is part of a well-crafted strategy to circumvent competitive intensity in tier 1 cities where Instamart has evidently lost market share in recent quarters, whereas tier 2+ markets remain underserved. In our opinion, this strategy is based on historical precedents wherein players who were either late to start operations or had limited firepower to burn cash, first focussed on scaling up their presence in the long tail of underserved cities, which on a cumulative basis add up to form a substantial market opportunity. However, it’s too early to foretell if the strategy will pay dividends for Instamart as competition, especially Blinkit, too seems to be following it. Blinkit, in fact, is currently bigger in absolute GOV terms in tier 2+ than Instamart. Nevertheless, given the numerous success stories, we believe that, under the circumstances, this is a logical step for Swiggy to follow as well,” said Swapnil Potdukhe of JM Financial Institutional Securities.

Company Update: DLF | Sharp scale-up in cash flows
“DLF hosted an analyst meet highlighting recent performance and outlook across the residential and annuity businesses. With respect to the residential business (DevCo), the management intends to maintain the current sales run-rate (c. INR 200bn, as the pipeline of INR 739bn gets launched) and work towards successfully executing these projects. With healthy 45%+ blended gross margins on the identified pipeline, management expects 2x growth in PAT and cash flows by FY30E. Over the medium term, DLF also intends to distribute 50% of the PAT as dividends and become net debt free at the group level. Management has further firmed up their plans to accelerate expansion of annuity portfolio. The planned capex of INR 200bn will expand the portfolio size to 73msf with exit rentals of INR 100bn by FY30E– 2x growth from current levels. In our view, the steady growth in annuity business will be complimented by high margin residential segment having a high quality land bank, sufficient for growth over the next 20 years. DLF remains one of our preferred picks in the real estate sector and we maintain BUY with SoTP based TP of INR 1,000. Key risks: slowdown in residential / commercial segment,” said Sumit Kumar of JM Financial Institutional Securities.

Company Update: Symphony Ltd (SYML IN) — Summer demand trends points to strong season
“Our interaction with the various dealers and the channel partners of air-coolers is suggesting that summer demand is shaping up well with southern, eastern, central, and western regions witnessing strong surge in demand for residential air-coolers from mid-March, while demand in northern region is expected to pick up pace in next couple of weeks. On the international front two of its key international subsidiaries viz GSK China, IMPCO Mexico have already witnessed turnaround, while CT Australia is in its last leg of restructuring which should be completed by FY26. Gross margins are expected to remain strong and improve in Q4 as large part of unbilled advances at end of Q3 has been for newer models which are margin accretive. Also there has been price increases for older models. Given the anticipation of strong growth in domestic business, considering strong demand for air-coolers across the regions and international subsidiaries are expected to register improved performance, we remain positive on the stock reiterating our BUY rating with PT of Rs1,495,” said Yes Securities.

Somany Ceramics: Not yet booming, demand is just rooming. Maintain BUY
“We recently engaged with Somany Ceramics' management, including Mr. Abhishek Somany (MD & CEO), Mr. Sailesh Kedawat (CFO), and Mr. Kumar Sunit (Head - Strategy and IR). The management reported stable tile prices but noted continued sluggish demand. However, they observed early signs of demand recovery and expressed optimism for strong tile demand in the coming quarters, citing robust recent real estate sales. They emphasized a strong focus on the balance sheet and working capital management, prioritizing financial stability at the expense of potential growth. The company has no tile segment expansion plans for the next 18 months. We anticipate that the persistent issue of Morbi dumping will continue to hinder tile player volume growth and margins. Somany's newly commissioned large-sized tiles Max plant in Gujarat, with a 4.5 MSM capacity, is expected to drive volume growth and improve its product mix. We project a 7% tile volume growth for Somany from FY24 to FY27. Our forecasts indicate a 7%, 6%, and 11% CAGR for revenue, EBITDA, and APAT, respectively, during FY24-27E. While we maintain our current estimates, our topline and bottom-line projections are ~2% and ~8% below consensus for FY25-27E. We remain positive on Somany due to its robust retail distribution, improved product mix, and efficient working capital management. We reiterate our BUY rating on Somany Ceramics with an unchanged target price of INR 660/share (22x Sep-26E consolidated EPS),” said HDFC Securities.

Nifty Reclaims 200-DEMA: Is This the Start of a Bigger Rally?
“The recent market strength can be largely attributed to renewed FII buying in the cash market and their short-covering in the derivatives segment. On the technical front, Nifty has reclaimed its 200-day DEMA, reinforcing the positive sentiment. With strong buying interest across sectors, the prevailing momentum is likely to sustain. Traders should align their positions accordingly, with a keen focus on stock selection,” said Ajit Mishra – SVP, Research, Religare Broking Ltd.

Nifty’s Bullish Surge: How to Trade the Momentum Before Expiry?
“The key developments of conquering one hurdle after another highlight the Bulls' renewed enthusiasm and determination after a significant period of hibernation. The broad participation, coupled with the consecutive runaway gaps in the benchmark index, portrays a vivid picture of the prevailing market sentiment. It clearly indicates a robust underlying trend that strongly favors bullish movements, suggesting that optimism is permeating the market landscape once again. From a technical standpoint, the 23500 zone, followed by the 89 DEMA coinciding with the recent bullish gap of 23433-23400, is likely to cushion any shortcomings in the near period. On the flip side, the swing high of Feb’25 around 23800 seems the intermediate potent resistance, followed by 24100 (200 DSMA) in the comparable period. Looking ahead, we have a promising opportunity to capitalize on the significant shifts in market trends alongside the strong momentum as we approach the monthly expiry. With a positive outlook, one must consider dips in the market as valuable buying opportunities. Implementing a trailing stop loss will also help effectively in securing profits as we navigate this dynamic environment,” said Osho Krishan, Senior Research Analyst, Technical & Derivatives, Angel One.
