"The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of ₹17/- per equity share (340%) of ₹5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on Friday, July 25, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, July 15, 2025, as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of Members' to receive Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025," said Grindwell Norton in a stock exchange filing.

Grindwell Norton Dividend Dates

"If the Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend will be made on or from Tuesday, July 29, 2025, as under: i. to all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialised form as per the data as may be made available by the National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL") and Central Depository Service (India) Limited ("CDSL") as of the close of business hours on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. ii. to all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on Tuesday, July 15, 2025," Grindwell Norton informed stock exchanges.

Grindwell Norton Q4 Results

In the quarter that ended in March 2025, Grindwell Norton's consolidated net profit decreased by 0.08% to Rs 92.54 crore, compared to Rs 92.61 crore in the quarter that ended in March 2024. Compared to Q4FY24, when sales were Rs 687.42 crore, sales in the quarter ending in March 2025 increased by 2.69% to Rs 705.90 crore. The consolidated net profit for the entire year dropped by 3.89% to Rs 368.72 crore in March 2025 compared to Rs 383.64 crore in March 2024. Compared to Rs 2668.64 crore in FY24, consolidated sales increased 4.88% to Rs 2798.95 crore in FY25.

In the March 2025 quarter, the company's standalone net sales were Rs 691.23 crore, increasing 1.44% from Rs 681.45 crore in the year-ago quarter. In the March 2025 quarter, its net profit was Rs. 91.33 crore, a decrease of 2.32% from the March 2024 quarter's Rs. 93.50 crore. In Q4FY25, EBITDA was Rs. 145.61 crore, rising 2.46% from Q4FY24's Rs. 142.12 crore.

"Grindwell Norton remains bullish with steady higher lows and a positive trend structure. The stock has support near ₹1,600 and faces resistance at ₹1,700. A breakout above ₹1,700 can push the stock to ₹1,750. Volume has picked up recently, adding confidence to the uptrend. Dips toward ₹1,620-₹1,630 can be used for accumulation with a stop loss at ₹1,590. As long as it stays above ₹1,600, the trend remains upward, and momentum traders can look to ride the next leg higher," commented Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
