SAIL To Release Q4 Results & Final Dividend On May 28; Why Technical Setup Is Screaming To Buy Near Rs 122?
SAIL (Steel Authority of India Limited) is a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking of the Government of India and is in charge of the country's steel operations and production. With more than 60 years of history, it is among India's largest manufacturers of steel. Bhilai, Rourkela, Durgapur, Bokaro, and Burnpur are the five integrated steel factories that SAIL runs. It also maintains a Research and Development Centre for Iron and Steel (RDCIS) in Ranchi.

SAIL Upcoming Board Meeting
"It is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) will be held on 28th May, 2025 at New Delhi to, inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025; and recommend Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any," said SAIL in a stock exchange filing.
SAIL Notifies Trading Window Closure Ahead of FY25 Financial Results
"Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company is closed from 1st April, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025 are announced," SAIL reported in a regulatory filing.
SAIL Schedules Analyst & Investor Meet on May 29, 2025
"It is hereby further informed that an Analyst and Institutional Investor Meet (Group Meet) has been scheduled on 29th May, 2025 at 12.00 PM, through conference call, to discuss the financial results of the Company for quarter ended 31st March, 2025," SAIL informed stock exchanges.
SAIL Share Price Target
"SAIL is currently consolidating in a narrow range. Immediate support lies at ₹120, while resistance is seen around ₹130. A breakout above ₹130 could trigger a rally toward ₹138-₹140. The trend remains mildly positive, but the stock needs strong volume to resume momentum. Dips toward ₹122-₹123 may offer buying opportunities with a stop-loss below ₹118," commented Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
