One Point One Solutions Q3 Results: PAT Jumps 41.21%, Net Income Up 67.18% To Rs 70.40 Cr

Leading provider of business process management (BPM) services, One Point One Solutions Limited (NSE:ONEPOINT), has released its third-quarter financial results, which ended on December 31, 2024. The company's total income jumped by a significant 67.18% year on year, from Rs 42.11 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs 70.40 crore in Q3 FY25. From Rs 15.08 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs 20.51 crore in Q3 FY25, EBITDA grew by 36.01%. The company's net profit surged 41.21% year on year to Rs 8.43 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 5.97 crore in Q3 FY24.

Mr. Akshay Chhabra, Chairman & Managing Director said, "Our Q3 numbers reflect a positive performance with a substantial increase of 67.18% in total income. This growth is primarily driven by our global outsourcing initiatives, which includes the signing of a term sheet to acquire a U.S.-based healthcare company for $45 million and a non-binding term sheet to acquire an India-based Business Process Consulting & Management (BPCM) for ₹261 crores. These initiatives align with our broader strategy for potential acquisitions in the USA, Latin America, and Europe, where we've signed non-binding term sheets with three potential target companies. The company also witnessed a growth in its PAT by 41.21% this year, further underscoring our commitment to sustained growth and profitability."

Mr. Akshay Chhabra further added that, "We've also on boarded renowned clients from the Banking, ESports and Fleet management sectors, further strengthening our market presence and service capabilities."

One Point One Solutions informed stock exchanges that it is exploring potential acquisitions in the USA, Latin America and the European region and has signed a non-binding term sheet with three potential target companies.

The announcement comes at a time when the company's performance was fairly pleasing. During the second quarter growth of revenue of One Point One Solutions went up by 56.68% to Rs.62.48 crore from Rs.39.88 crore reported over the same quarter of the previous year. The year-on-year profit after tax (PAT) also grew by 41.32% up to Rs.8.38 crores. Halfway through the fiscal year, revenue increased by 63.51% to 123.63 crores in the first six months, and PAT increased by 82.74% to 15.99 crores.

One Point One Solutions has also been augmenting its market share globally through strategic moves. The firm previously entered into a non-binding term sheet to take control of a BPO company located in Latin America, which increased its marketplace. Furthermore, it has established significant client allocation deals including ones with a US-based medical devices company and a Swedish multinational. Its subsidiary, ITCube Solutions, landed a contract with a leader in AI brand protection company.
