Mastek Shares In Focus! Record Date Announced For Rs 16 Dividend; Buy The IT Stock?
After the Board announces the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the interim dividend, attention will shift to Mastek Ltd., an IT business featured on the BSE 500 index. In addition, Mastek has disclosed significant adjustments to its management control. Mastek Dividend
"The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on April 18, 2025, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 16 per share. The record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend is Friday, September 12, 2025. Final Dividend if approved by the Members at this AGM will be directly credited to the bank accounts of the shareholders whose names appear, as at the Record Date, in the register of members or the beneficiary position data furnished by the Depositories," said Mastek in a stock exchange filing.
The dividend, if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Following the retirement of Mr. Dinesh Kalani, who will resign as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on August 31, 2025, Mastek Limited has announced a leadership change in its compliance division. With effect from September 1, 2025, the Board has authorized Ms. Reena Raje's employment as the new Compliance Officer, Company Secretary, and Key Managerial Personnel.
Mastek Target Price
"Mastek is trading with strong momentum near ₹2,470, supported by consistent higher highs and higher lows on the charts. Immediate support is placed at ₹2,400, while resistance is seen near ₹2,550. The stock's trend remains positive, with RSI and MACD signaling bullish strength. Sustaining above ₹2,500 can open the way toward ₹2,600-2,650 in the short term. With volumes supporting the uptrend, the outlook stays constructive, and buying on dips near support levels is advisable," commented Riyank Arora, technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
