"We wish to inform you that the 5th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th July, 2025 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means, in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI'). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 16th July, 2025 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible for Final Dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025. If the Final Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the AGM, such dividend will be paid/dispatched, subject to deduction of tax at source, after the AGM," said Piramal Pharma in a stock exchange filing.
