Whereas, the offer for sale of 0.93 crore shares will aggregate to Rs 150 crores. The company has fixed an upper price band at Rs 154-163 per share. Whereas the lot size for an application is 92. The minimum amount of investment required by a retail investor Rs 14,904, and the lot size for sNII is 14 lots, amounting to Rs 2,08,656, and for bNII, it is 68 lots, amounting to Rs 10,13,472. Nuvama Wealth Management is the book-running lead manager, and Kfin Technologies is the registrar of the issue.
