Hindustan Zinc Share Price Target
"HINDZINC is currently trading at ₹525 and has recently demonstrated a strong rebound from its 200-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) support on the weekly timeframe. This technical bounce, coupled with a sharp recovery visible on the daily chart, is marked by the formation of a strong bullish candle-suggesting a potential long-term trend reversal. The surge in trading volumes further supports this bullish sentiment, indicating heightened investor participation and strong buying interest," said Hardik Matalia - Derivative Analyst at Choice Broking.
"Technically, the stock is trading well above its 20-day, 50-day, and 200-day EMAs, reinforcing the strength of the ongoing upward momentum. A decisive move above the ₹540 mark could act as a breakout level, potentially accelerating the uptrend and pushing the stock toward its short-term target of ₹600. On the downside, ₹507 acts as a crucial support level, offering a cushion against temporary pullbacks or market corrections," the analyst added.
"Given the favorable technical setup, traders may consider initiating a position at the current market price of ₹525, with a stop-loss placed at ₹493 to manage downside risk. However, it is imperative to follow disciplined risk management practices and monitor price action closely to navigate any short-term volatility. This setup offers a good risk-reward ratio for swing or positional traders aiming to capitalize on the stock's renewed momentum," Hardik Matalia further recommended.
