MCX Gold Outlook Today

"On the technical front, MCX gold saw a sharp cut in Friday's trading session, forming a bearish engulfing pattern on the daily chart on three-year high volume. This could be an early sign of a reversal for the yellow metal. However, MCX gold remains bullish on most other technical parameters, including moving averages, RSI, and price action charts. Immediate support is placed at 124,450, while resistance is seen at 129,900-130,850. Since there are early signs of weakness, bulls should trade with limited positions and tight stop-losses. Traders can consider buying MCX gold near support for targets of 129,900-130,850, with a stoploss on a close below 124,050," commented Abhishek M Pelu - Research Analyst at Way2Wealth Brokers.
