Gold Rate In India Today
Gold rate declined significantly on Bakrid on Saturday. 24 karat gold rate in India today declined by Rs 1630 to Rs 97970 per 10 gram. 22 Karat gold rates in India today stood at Rs 8980 per 10 gram, down by Rs 1500. The price of 18 karat gold in India declined by Rs 1220 per 10 gram to Rs 73480 per 10 gram.
Gold rates in India remained stagnant on Friday after continuously surging for four days. The price of 24 karat gold in India surged by Rs 660 per 10 gram in one week. The surge in gold rates in India paralleled with rising international gold prices which touched their record high mark this week.
Silver Rate in India Today
Silver rate in India today remained stagnant despite touching its record high mark over the past few weeks. The price of silver in India today stood at Rs 107 per gram and Rs 107000 per kilogram.
Silver prices on MCX surged to a record high and jumped to Rs 1,06,065 per kilogram (kg) on Friday, June 6. The price of the precious metal rose significantly amid firm global trends. As the silver rates have rallied significantly over the past few trading sessions, the metal has gained almost more than 20% so far in 2025.
Gold Rate in Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Other Indian Cities
Gold rate in Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and other major Indian cities also declined on Saturday, reflecting the falling price of the precious metal internationally. The price of 24 karat gold rate in Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore stood at Rs 9797 per gram on Saturday.
Delhi emerged as an exception with 24 karat gold price fixed at Rs 9812 per gram. Gold Price in Vadodara and Ahmedabad stood higher at Rs 9802 per gram. Gold prices have fluctuated significantly over the past few weeks. On June 6th and 5th this year the price for 24K gold was stable at ₹9,960 per gram but saw a drop to ₹9,797 on June 7th.
Similarly for 22K gold it was constant at ₹9,130 before decreasing to ₹8,980. The data shows that on June 4th the price of 24K gold was recorded at ₹9,917 with a slight increase from previous days while on June 3rd it stood at ₹9,906 showing a similar trend of small increments over time.
