ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co Ltd
The Board, at its Meeting held on April 18, 2023, had recommended a final dividend of Rs 5.50/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 55.0% of face value of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 subject to approval of Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
"Pursuant to Regulation 42 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the final dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose name appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depository(ies) as beneficial owners of the equity shares as on the Record date i.e. Monday, June 12, 2023. The final dividend, if approved at the AGM will be paid to the equity shareholders on or before Friday, July 21, 2023," said ICICI Lombard in a stock exchange filing.

It is further informed that the board of directors of the company have recommended a Final dividend of Rs 16.00 per equity share (320%) on par value of Rs 5.00 per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2023 to those members as on record date (12 June 2023) subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM," said Cyient in a stock exchange filing.
