The record date for bonus shares has been announced by Moneyboxx Finance, a New Delhi-based NBFC that offers small-ticket business loans to small and micro enterprises. With the announcement of a 1:1 bonus share issue, which offers one free equity share for each existing share owned, Moneyboxx Finance Ltd. officially declared a significant corporate move.

As the new fully paid-up shares rank pari-passu with the current ones, this action, which was previously authorized by Moneyboxx Finance members, essentially doubles the company's paid-up capital and is anticipated to improve stock liquidity, increase market participation, and boost investor sentiment.

Moneyboxx Finance Bonus Shares Record Date

"We further wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved and fixed Monday, December 15, 2025, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the Members who shall be eligible to allotment of the Bonus Shares," said Moneyboxx Finance in a stock exchange filing.

"The fully paid-up Bonus Shares shall be distributed to the Members of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members as on December 15, 2025, of the Company. The Bonus Shares so allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company as existing on December 15, 2025," the company informed the stock exchanges.

"Further, in accordance with SEBI circular dated September 16, 2024, the deemed date of allotment of Bonus Shares shall be Tuesday, December 16, 2025, and these Bonus Shares will be made available for trading on the next working day of allotment i.e. Wednesday, December 17, 2025," Moneyboxx Finance has further confirmed in a regulatory filing.

Moneyboxx Finance Share Price Analysis

According to Trendlyne, Moneyboxx Finance Ltd.'s technical profile currently shows a challenging trend, with its share price well below key moving averages, including the 50-day and 200-day SMA, indicating persistent weakness and recent underperformance of over half of its 52-week highs.

While the Money Flow Index (MFI) displays oversold pressure, indicating selling dominance in recent sessions, the daily RSI is in the mid-range, suggesting neither severe overbought nor oversold circumstances.

Currently trading as an "Expensive Underperformer," Moneyboxx Finance Ltd. (BSE: 538446) has dropped around 48.63% from its 52-week high. Since the price is below both its 200-day Simple Moving Average (SMA-200) and its 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA-50), it is exhibiting a bearish trend.

Momentum oscillators, however, provide a possible reversal signal, with the 1-Day Relative Strength Index (RSI) at 33.5, which is regarded as mid-range/near oversold, and the Money Flow Index (MFI) at 23.1, suggesting an oversold position.

"Moneyboxx Finance stock price is bearish on the Daily charts with strong resistance at 141.65. A Daily close below support of 133 could lead to a target of 127 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, Independent SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Tips2trades.
