The allotment status of the Crizac IPO is declared and eligible shareholders will receive their shares in their demat account by July 8, 2025. The latest grey market premium (GMP) is currently signalling between a 14-15% premium listing on BSE and NSE.
Crizac IPO Allotment Status:
The allotment of Rs 860 crore IPO was declared on July 7. The next step will be the initiation of refunds and credit of allotted shares in the demat account of eligible shareholders on July 8. The process comes ahead of listing, scheduled for July 9.

2. To check your application status on BSE, click on the link below:
Firstly, select the issue type which for Crizac is 'Equity'. Then select the issue name which is 'CRIZAC Ltd'. The third step is to enter either your application or PAN number. Lastly, click on search.
3. To check your application status on NSE, click on the link below:
On NSE, click the 'Equity & SME IPO' option, then select the company's symbol which is 'CRIZAC'. Then enter your PAN or application number. Lastly, click on submit.

As per Investor Grain, Crizac IPO last GMP is Rs 35, last updated Jul 8th 2025 08:58 AM. With the price band of 245.00, Crizac IPO's estimated listing price is Rs 280 (cap price + July 8 GMP). The expected percentage gain/loss per share is 14.29%.
The IPO was launched from July 2nd to July 4th. The 100% book building had a price band of Rs 233 to Rs 245 per share. On the final day, the IPO received a 59.82 times subscription.
