Bonus Shares Coming—But Is It Time To Exit? FMCG Stock At Overbought Levels
Leading Indian rice exporter Halder Venture Limited, a division of Halder Group, provides high-quality rice products, edible oils, and associated agricultural goods. The Board of Directors of the small-cap FMCG company, which has a market value of Rs 350 Cr, has declared that it will convene in the upcoming days of July to issue the first-ever bonus shares for shareholders.

"This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Director of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 23rd July, 2025 at 12.00 P.M., at Diamond Heritage, 16 Strand Road, 10th Floor, Room No- 1012, Kolkata- 700001, inter-alia to consider and approve the following: 1. Alteration in the Articles of Association of the Company (AOA). 2. To consider issue of bonus shares subject to approval of members by ordinary resolution," said Halder Venture in a stock exchange filing.
Trading Window Shut for Insiders Ahead of June Quarter Results
"Pursuant to the "Code of Conduct to, Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. Tuesday, 15th July, 2025 till 48 hours of disclosure of Financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 as mentioned in our disclosure for closure of trading window dated 26th June, 2025. Accordingly, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transactions involving dealing/ trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window," Halder Venture confirmed in a regulatory filing.

"Halder Venture stock price is bearish & also overbought on the Daily charts with strong resistance at 850. Investors should be booking profits at current levels as a Daily close below support of 760 could lead to a target of 660 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, independent research analyst.
