Blue Cloud Secures 5-Year BSNL Deal To Boost 5G Internet Across Tamil Nadu

In order to provide cutting-edge 5G Internet Leased Line (ILL) services, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) has announced that it has been appointed as a 5GFWA (5G Fixed Wireless Access) Partner for BSNL, Tamil Nadu Circle. Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has been officially appointed as an Internet Leased Line on 5G network (5G FWA for enterprise and other entity) for the establishment and upkeep of customer private networks within the BSNL Tamil Nadu Telecom Circle, according to a letter from the Office of Chief General Manager, BSNL dated November 1, 2025. Subject to the terms and circumstances specified in the EOI for empanelment, this empanelment is valid for five years.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd. (BCSSL) and BSNL would split revenues according to business volume, with a monthly revenue sharing ratio of 70:30 (BCSSL: BSNL).

"This Empanelment allows us to enter into an agreement with Tamil Nadu Circle, BSNL and the same will provide further details on the collaboration. BSNL has empaneled Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited as a 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Partner to provide Internet Leased Line services on a revenue-sharing basis to enterprises and other entities. The agreement will be valid for a period of 60 months (five years) from the date of agreement, with provision for further extension," said Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited in a stock exchange filing.

The components of the 5G RAN, Edge CORE, radio access equipment, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) will be designed, supplied, deployed, operated, and maintained by Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited. Additionally, Blue Cloud is in charge of commissioning and installing the equipment as well as aggressively marketing 5G FWA services to corporate clients.

Space, power, infrastructure, backhaul IP connectivity, spectrum, and ILL bandwidth will all be provided by BSNL at its current locations. Additionally, BSNL will manage client invoicing and payment collection, and the services will be marketed under the BSNL brand.

The appointment enables Blue Cloud to provide cutting-edge ILL services and integrate cutting-edge 5G technology to companies and government departments throughout Andhra Pradesh and other parts of India.
