Ingersoll Rand (India) Ltd. has announced a substantial interim dividend of Rs 55 per equity share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, which is a major announcement for shareholders and demonstrates the company's solid financial condition and dedication to rewarding investors. The corporation has set a record date to identify eligible shareholders, and the Board approved the payout on November 14, 2025. Investors holding shares—whether in physical or demat form—at the close of business on this date will receive the dividend in the second week of December.

"As intimated earlier, the Board of Directors of Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited ("the Company") at their meeting held on November 14, 2025, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.55/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ending on March 31, 2026. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Company has fixed Tuesday, November 25, 2025, as the Record Date for determining list of Members entitled to receive the Interim Dividend which will be paid on December 11, 2025, subject to deduction of tax at source as under: a. In respect of shares held in physical mode, the dividends will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the closure of business hours on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. b. In respect of shares held in demat mode, dividends will be paid to those members whose names appear in the list of beneficial owners, as at the closure of business hours on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, as furnished by the Depositories," said Ingersoll Rand in a stock exchange filing.

Ingersoll-Rand (India) maintained its net profit of Rs 60.35 crore for the September 2025 quarter, which was almost flat compared to the September 2024 quarter. Sales dropped by 0.05% to Rs 321.94 crore in Q2FY26 compared to Rs 322.10 crore in Q2FY25.

"The stock remains in a steady medium-term uptrend, with buyers defending key supports around ₹3,650. Momentum is moderating near resistance at ₹3,900-4,000. A breakout above this zone may accelerate trend continuation. Structure is positive overall, but short-term consolidation or retest of support is possible," commented Riyank Arora, technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
