"The Company has fixed Record Date as Friday, July 11, 2025, for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive Dividend of Rs. 3/- (30%) per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up shares of the Company and pro-rata dividend on partly paid-up equity shares for the financial year 2024-25. The said Dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within statutory time period, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable," said Sobha in a stock exchange filing.

"The Thirtieth Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 03:00 p.m., through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other AudioVisual Means ("OAVM"), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Company has fixed Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the voting entitlement of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting as Thursday, July 17, 2025," Sobha informed stock exchanges.

"SOBHA is trading with bullish undertones after a steady uptrend. The stock has support at ₹1,470, and resistance at ₹1,550. A breakout above ₹1,550 could push the stock toward ₹1,600-₹1,620. The chart structure remains strong, and buying on dips near ₹1,490-₹1,500 can be considered with a stop-loss below ₹1,470," commented Riyank Arora, technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
