HDFC Bank has announced a scheduled maintenance period that will impact certain customer service channels. This maintenance is set to occur from 11:00 PM IST on August 22, 2025, until 6:00 AM IST on August 23, 2025. During these seven hours, some services will be temporarily unavailable.

Customer Care services such as Phone Banking IVR, Email support, Social Media channels, ChatBanking on WhatsApp, and SMS Banking will not be accessible during the maintenance window. However, the toll-free number for reporting lost or fraudulent bank accounts and cards will remain operational.
Access to Digital Channels
Despite the temporary unavailability of some services, customers can still use PhoneBanking Agent services. Additionally, digital platforms like HDFC Bank NetBanking, MobileBanking, PayZapp, and MyCards will continue to function normally for transactions.
