Key domestic benchmark indices ended marginally higher on Friday. The 30-share benchmark index ended trade higher by 30.49 points to end at 27,673.60; Nifty ends at 8583.40 up by 10.05 points.

Shares of Larsen and Toubro rose on Friday on bagging major railway order worth Rs 3,799 crore.

Larsen and Toubro shares ended trade at Rs 1,473, higher by 2.58 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 1,475 during trade.

Shares of Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) surged on Friday as its JV company bagged an order worth Rs 367 crore. Shares of the company ended trade at Rs 35.70, higher by 5.62 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high Rs 35.80 during trade.

Shares Shreyas Shipping & Logistics rose more than 9 per cent on Friday after the company said that its subsidiary company is going to sale its stake in SRS Freight Management.

Shreyas Shipping ended trade at Rs 290.85, higher by 3.12 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high Rs 308 during trade.

Shares of Steel Strips Wheels rose to hit 52-week high after it announced a substantial increase in export order for supply of steel wheels for VW Argentina's requirements.

Steel Strips Wheels ended trade at Rs 772, higher by 5.30 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high and 52-week high of Rs 775 during trade.

Shares of Punjab National Bank rose on Friday after its subsidiary PNB Housing Finance received Sebi's approval to raise Rs 2,500 crore through an initial public offering.

Shares of the PNB ended trade at Rs 138.90, higher by 0.69 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high Rs 141 during trade.

Shares of the Infosys dropped after the company declared its quarterly numbers for the period ending Sept 30, 2016.

The company reported a net profit of Rs 3,603 crores for the quarter ending Sept 30, 2016, as against expectations of around Rs 3,500 crores.

Shares of the Infosys ended trade at Rs 1,025, lower by 2.48 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday low and 52-week low of Rs 996 during trade.
