Key domestic benchmark indices ended lower on Friday. The 30-share benchmark index ended trade lower by 104.91 points to end at 28,668.22; Nifty ends at 8,831.55 down by 35.90 points.

Shares of Den Networks surged after its board approved allotment of 1.58 crore preferential shares to two affiliates of Goldman Sachs at Rs 90 apiece.

Den Networks ended trade at Rs 80.50, higher by 2.88 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 85 during trade.

Shares of Majesco climbed after the company entered into pact with Glemham Underwriting to create a dynamic new cloud based bureau for the UK general insurance market.
Majesco ended trade at Rs 478, higher by 1.69 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 488 during trade.

L&T Technology

Shares of L&T Technology Services, an arm of engineering giant Larsen and Toubro (L&T), made a strong debut on the Bombay Stock and opened at Rs 900 apiece against an issue price of Rs 860, listing at a premium of around 5 per cent.

Shares of Lincoln Pharmaceuticals rose after the drug maker launched new NDDS formulation Ondansetron Oral Spray (Domi Up) "First Time In India". Shares ended trade at Rs 4247, higher by 4.56 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 251 during trade.

Shares of Morepen Laboratories zoomed after Economic Times reported that New Delhi-based company is in talks to sell OTC business to Piramals.

Morepen Lab Shares ended trade at Rs 26.20, higher by 5.65 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 27.95 during trade.
