2:1 Bonus Issue Record Date: 2 Smallcap Stocks Locked At 5% Upper Circuit As They Turn Ex-Bonus; Find Out More
Two smallcap stocks locked at 5% upper circuits as they turned ex-bonus on Monday for their bonus issue in the ratio of 2:1 each. Upper circuits mean that there were several buyers but no sellers in these two small-caps. Not just that, these stocks have now given 730% to 1,233% returns from their 1-year lows. They are Intellivate Capital Ventures and KP Energy.
While Intellivate touched a new 52-week high as well, KP Energy flirted near its 1-year high.

KP Energy Bonus Issue:
On its ex-bonus date which is February 12th, KP Energy shares froze at 5% upper circuit to Rs 395.15 apiece with a market cap of Rs 2,635.26 crore on BSE. The stock was near its 52-week high of Rs 399.60 apiece.
However, the stock is currently trading at a humungous upside of 729.45% from its 52-week low of Rs 47.64 apiece.
The company turned ex-bonus for its 2:1 bonus issue -- which means that -- KP Energy is allotting 2 bonus shares having a face value of Rs 5 on every 1 existing equity share with a face value of Rs 5.
After the ex-bonus date, the company is scheduled on February 13, 2024, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023.

Intellivate also turned ex-bonus on February 12 for its bonus shares of 2:1. Hence, Intellivate is also going to reward investors with bonus shares in the ratio of 2:1. Intellivate is offering 2 bonus shares on every 1 existing share of fully paid-up Equity Shares having a face value of Re 1 each.
