"This is to inform you that the Company has fixed December 13, 2024 as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:5 (i.e. 1 (one) new fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 each for every 5 (five) existing fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each) as approved by shareholders by way of postal ballot on November 28, 2024," said the company in a stock exchange filing.

The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 46.31 crore in the September 2024 quarter up 36.21% from Rs. 34.00 crore in the September 2023 quarter. Its net profit increased 33.51% from Rs. 4.11 crore in Q2FY24 to Rs. 5.48 crore in Q2FY25. EBITDA increased 10.34% from Rs. 7.64 crore in the September 2023 quarter to Rs. 8.43 crore in the September 2024 quarter.
Essen Speciality Films Share Price Target
"Essen Speciality Films stock price is slightly bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 713. A Daily close above resistance of 735 could lead to a target of 790 in the near term," said A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
