1:10 Split + 1:1 Bonus: Engineering Stock Jumped 17% In 9 Sessions, Hits 7 Back-To-Back Upper Circuits

An engineering penny stock, Bemco Hydraulics has recorded a 9 consecutive sessions winning streak, rising by a whopping 17%. Also, the company has touched 7 back-to-back 2% upper circuits. Going ahead, Bemco will be in focus for its upcoming bonus issue and stock split.

On July 2nd, Bemco locked on its 2% upper circuit to Rs 2,705.15 per share on BSE, with a market cap of Rs 591.54 crore. However, this is the seventh upper circuit Bemco has touched since June 24, gaining by nearly 13% on BSE. However, Bemco stock had been surging since June 20.

The last time Bemco ended in red was on June 19, at Rs 2,312 apiece. Since then, Bemco stock has advanced by 17%.

YTD, Bemco stock skyrocketed by 99.64%. At present, the stock's 52-week high and low are at Rs 2,713 apiece and Rs 1,170 apiece respectively. Bemco's return on equity is around 14.68%, also healthy.

Bemco Hydraulics Stock Split:

The company has announced its first-ever stock split in the ratio of 1:10, which means, subdivision of 1 equity share having a face value of Rs each into 10 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each.

The rationale behind the stock is to improve the liquidity of the Company's shares on the stock market as also to make them affordable to the small' investors. Bemco plans to complete its stock split action within two months from the date of board of dir€ctors meeting i.e. 29th August, 2025.

Bemco Hydraulics Bonus Issue:

The company has also announced bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. issue of one fully paid bonus equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each for one equity share of the face value of Rs.1 each. The total number of securities proposed for bonus issue are 21867000 equity shares of Rs. 1 each fully paid up.

Bonus shares are one of the many corporate actions that listed companies announce on several occasions. Bonus shares are like incentives that are free of cost given to investors. Under this corporate action, new shares are issued at the existing Face Value of equity shares of the company. Hence, the face value remains the same post-bonus issue.
