According to Drik Panchang, the best time to buy gold starts on April 29 at 5:31 PM and goes on till April 30 at 2:12 PM. The puja muhurat is between 5:41 AM and 12:18 PM on April 30, but the whole day is considered good for purchases and rituals.

CaratLane, a well-known jewellery brand, is offering free gold and silver coins on purchases made during the festive season. Customers spending between Rs 15,000 and Rs 30,000 will receive a free 10g silver coin. Those spending between Rs 30,000 and Rs 60,000 will get a 0.5g 22KT gold coin, while purchases between Rs 60,000 and Rs 90,000 will fetch two 0.5g gold coins.
