PM Kisan 21st Installment OUT: Eligible For Rs 2,000? How To Check Your Beneficiary List, Payment Status?
PM Kisan 21st Installment: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released the 21st installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme on November 19, 2025. Nearly 9 crore farmers across the country will get around Rs 18,000 crore through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system. PM Kisan annually offers Rs 6,000 financial assistance, which is delivered in three equal instalments. Hence, the 21st installment is of Rs 2,000.
PM Kisan 21st Installment:

PM Modi released the 21st installment worth Rs 18,000 crore, from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The 21st installment is being delivered to 9 crore farmers through seamless Direct Benefit Transfer.
As of now, Rs 3.70 lakh crore has been disbursed to over 11 crore farmer families since launch in February 2019, making PM-KISAN one of the world's largest DBT initiatives. This was done in 20 installments.
PM Kisan offers annual financial assistance of Rs. 6,000/- to each eligible farmer family, delivered in three equal instalments of Rs. 2,000/-, into their Aadhaar seeded bank accounts of farmers through DBT mode.
However, to receive the benefits, farmers need to ensure that their land details are seeded in PM KISAN portal, have bank accounts seeded with Aadhaar and eKYC is completed.
What Is PM Kisan Scheme?
PM Kisam aims at curbing the financial needs of the small and marginal farmers by procuring various inputs to ensure proper crop health and appropriate yields, commensurate with the anticipated farm income at the end of each crop cycle.
The scheme aims to protect them from falling into the clutches of moneylenders for meeting such expenses and ensure their continuance in the farming activities. All landholding farmers' families, who have cultivable land holdings in their names, are eligible to get benefits under the scheme.
How To Check Your Name In PM Kisan Beneficiary List:
Step 1: Visit the official page of PM Kisan. Link is given below:
https://pmkisan.gov.in/homenew.aspx
Step 2: Check the 'FARMERS CORNER'. On that section, you will find 'Beneficiary List' option. Click on it.
Step 3: You will be directed to a new page. Fill the required details in the respective boxes. These include, State Name, District, Sub-District, Block and Village.
Step 4: After adding the necessary details, click on 'GET Report'.
Once the list appears, check your name. If you are name is mentioned then you will receive Rs 2,000 benefit.
How to check PM Kisan 21st installment 2025 status?
The process is similar to like checking beneficiary list.
Step 1: Visit the https://pmkisan.gov.in/homenew.aspx
Step 2: Go to the FARMERS CORNER. Click on 'Know Your Status' option.
Step 3: A new page will appear. Enter your Registration No, and add CAPTCHA Code in the required box.
Step 4: Request for One-Time Password (OTP). OTP will be sent to your eKYC Registered Mobile Number.
Step 5: Your status for 21st installment will appear after entering OTP.
However, to ensure that you have received your installment successfully, you should ensure these criteria are met:
- Your bank account should be linked with your Aadhaar card.
- Must verify your Aadhaar seeding status with your respective bank.
- Ensure your direct transfer benefit (DTB) is active with your Aadhaar-seeded bank account.
- You should ensure to complete your KYC either online through PM-KISAN portal or by visiting the nearby CSC centre.
Eligibility Criteria to Enroll under PM-KISAN
Mandatory information required to enroll in the scheme:
- Farmer's / Spouse's name
- Farmer's / Spouse's date of birth
- Bank account number
- IFSC/ MICR Code
- Mobile (contact) Number
- Aadhaar Number
- Other customer information, available in the passbook, may be required for mandate registration.

The scheme's effectiveness is bolstered by the use of Aadhaar and the Aadhaar-based payment ecosystem, ensuring secure and efficient transactions. Aadhaar is a crucial pillar in PM-KISAN, enabling the establishment of beneficiary identity through e-KYC completion.
Now farmers can complete their e-KYC by using any following option:
1. OTP based e-KYC
2. Biometric-based e-KYC
3. Face authentication-based e-KYC

- Since its inception, the Government of India has disbursed over Rs 3.70 lakh crores through 20 instalments to over 11 crore farmer families.
- The scheme has a wide reach across various states. For instance, during the 20th instalment (April 2025 - July 2025), Uttar Pradesh had the highest number of beneficiaries at 2.34 crore, followed by Maharashtra with 92.89 lakh beneficiaries.
