This Small Cap Company From The Building Solutions Space Fixes Record Date For Interim Dividend

In its filing to the BSE, the company informed that the board meeting held on December 21has approved an interim dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the Fy 22. Record date for the said dividend i.e. the date when the company shall determine the eligibility of shareholders for the payout has been fixed at December 31, 2021.

The filing further provided that the Interim Dividend will be paid to the Members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, the 31st December 2021, within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration of Dividend.

For the last fiscal 2021, the company's dividend stood at Rs. 5 per share.
